摘要
目的:探讨微创人工流产受术者全面的心理护理干预的效果,总结心理护理方法,进一步指导临床工作。方法选取我站2010年1月~2011年1月收治的100例微创人工流产受术者进行研究,按照手术时间先后随机划分为研究组(心理护理干预)和对照组(常规护理干预)各50例。对两组护理效果进行回顾性分析。结果研究组50例微创人工流产受术者经过我院积极全面的心理护理干预,有效降低了SAS评分,消除了受术者的不良情绪,促进了受术者术后身体恢复。结论对微创人工流产受术者进行心理护理干预,能够有效提高护理的整体效果,需要进一步加强。
Objective:Subject to explore minimal y invasive abortion the comprehensive ef ect of psychological nursing intervention,summarizes the psychological nursing methods,further guide clinical work.Methods:Select I stand between January 2010and January 2010treated 100cases of minimal y invasive abortion between subject study,according to the operation time has divided into research group(psychological nursing intervention)and control group(conventional nursing intervention)50cases each.The two groups of nursing ef ects were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Subject through our team of 50 cases of minimal y invasive abortion positive comprehensive psychological nursing intervention,ef ectively reduce the SAS scores,eliminates the subject of bad feelings,to promote the subject postoperative recovery.Conclusion:Subject to psychological nursing intervention for minimal y invasive abortion,can ef ectively improve the overal ef ect of the nursing,need to be further strengthened.
