手术中灌洗液温度对前列腺汽化术患者影响

Patients with Intraoperative Lavage Fluid Temperature on the Vaporization of Prostate Surgery

目的:手术室护士了解电切灌洗温度对前列腺汽化术患者体温、寒战、膀胱痉挛的影响。方法对50例前列腺电汽化手术,分观察组和对照组,每组各25例,分别观察记录术中电切灌洗液温度对患者的影响。结果术中对电切灌液加温后,实验组患者的体温、寒颤、膀胱痉挛稳定发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中加温电切液温度33℃~37℃,是一种安全、简便、有效措施的一项手术室优质护理服务,提高患者满意度,减少患者疼痛及并发症。适合临床手术室护士应用,推广。

Objective To the operating room nurses understand cut ing irrigation temperature on the vaporization of prostate surgery in patients with the influence of temperature,chil s,bladder spasm.Methods 50 cases of prostate vaporization surgery,observation group and control group,each group of 25 cases,observation records(CLP respectively cut lavage fluid temperature ef ects on patients.Results Intraoperative after pouring the liquid heating of cut ing,the experimental temperature,chil s,bladder spasm in patients with stable rate lower than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative heating cut ing fluid temperature 33℃~37℃,is a safe,simple and ef ective measures to an operating room nursing quality service,improve patient satisfaction,reduce patient's pain and complications.Suitable for the operating room nurses clinical application and promotion.
