口腔颌面部创伤患者的急救与护理

Emergency Rescue and Care of Oral and Maxillofacial Trauma Patients

目的:总结口腔颌面部创伤患者的急救及护理要点。方法回顾分析我院口腔科2009年12月~2013年8月169例口腔颌面部创伤患者的临床资料。结果169例患者经积极的抢救和护理,无伤口感染、呼吸道窒息等并发症发生,均获治愈。结论细致的护理工作,有效的心理护理、功能锻炼及出院指导,能使口腔颌面部创伤的急救与护理获得较好的疗效。

Objective To summarize the main points of first aid and nursing care of patients with oral and maxil ofacial trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of our hospital in 2009 December to 2013 August in Department of Stomatology,169 cases with oral and maxil ofacial trauma patients.Results 169 patients after the rescue and nursing of positive,no wound infection,asphyxia,respiratory complications,cured.Conclusion the careful nursing,ef ective psychological nursing and discharge guidance,functional exercise,can make the first aid and nursing of oral and maxil ofacial trauma to obtain bet er curative ef ect.
