随着水蛭素的发现以及活体水蛭吸血疗法在显微外科、整形外科的应用,水蛭以其独特的医用价值再次活跃于临床。祖国传统医学素来就有利用活体蚂蝗吸食恶血而治病的方法,称为蜞针疗法。笔者认为应当加强蜞针在中医放血疗法中的应用,将现代医学卫生的有利条件与传统的蜞针疗法相结合,集两者之优,极大可能地为患者减轻痛苦。

Thanks to the discovery of Hirudin,leech therapy is get ing more and more popularly used now,especial y in plastic surgery and microsurgery.However,in the blood let ing therapy of TCM,it stil has lot more space for development.With the combination of these two,modern medicine technology and TCM blood let ing therapy,patients may suf er much less pain in the process of treatment.
