摘要
目的:探讨银杏达莫注射液对糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学的影响。方法将50例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。两组均给予基础降糖治疗,治疗组用银杏莫达注射液20 mL加入生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注,对照组用复方丹参液20 mL加入生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,两组均以30 d为1个疗程。结果治疗后治疗组改善患者血液流变学指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论银杏莫达注射液对改善糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学指标疗效显著,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the ef ect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on Hemorheology in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:50 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases each group.The two groups were given basic therapy,the treatment group with Ginkgo mo of injection 20ml plus normal saline 250ml intravenous drip,normal saline intravenous infusion of 250ml joined the group with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20m1,1 times daily,30 days as a course of treatment.Results:after the treatment,the treatment group improved the hemorheology index was significantly bet er than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Ginkgo Mo injection improve blood rheology with curative ef ect of aromatic,use safety,ef icacy.
