导致男性患者导尿失败的常见原因及护理对策

The Reasons of Catheterization Failure in Male Patients and Nursing Countermeasures

目的:研究导致男性患者导尿失败的原因,提高导尿成功率。方法回顾性分析临床工作中一次导尿失败的23例临床资料。结果23例男性患者一次导尿失败后,经分别采用更换尿管型号、丁卡因胶浆表面麻醉、尿道扩张等措施后重新插管,均取得成功。结论导尿术是临床常用的一项基本技能操作,但因男性患者尿道解剖生理的特殊性,加之自身疾病的影响,易导致导尿失败,护理人员在操作过程中要有丰富的理论知识和操作经验才能提高导尿成功率,为患者减轻痛苦。

Objective:To investigate the reasons of catheterization failure in male patients,enhance success rate.Method:Retrospectively analysis 23 patients'clinical data whose first catheterization are failure.Results:The 23 patients are al male,by changing the catheter type,useing tetracaine for serosal surface anesthesia,expanding urethra etc,final y got catheterization success.Conclusion:Although catheterization is a Basic clinical skil s,we get catheterization failure sometimes for the dissect physical particularity and the ef ects of diseases in the male patients.Catheterization needs abundantly theoretical knowledge and experience for nurses to improve the success rate and induce patients'pains.
