手术患儿术前访视对策探讨

Children Preoperative Visit Before Surgery Countermeasures

目的:探讨手术患儿有效的术前访视对策,确保患儿手术安全。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月~2012年8月收治的197例手术患儿的临床资料,总结术前访视经验。结果本组197例手术患儿经有效的术前访视,患儿的心理的心理状态得到了显著改善,依从性有显著提高,均安全度过了围手术期,手术均告成功,患儿家长对术前访视的满意度较高。结论加强对手术患儿的术前访视,采取有效的术前访视方法能够保证手术的顺利进行,保证患儿的安全,提高患儿家长满意度。

Objective To investigate the children before surgery ef ective preoperative visit countermeasures to ensure the safety of children with surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data between August 2010-August 2012 197 patients were admit ed to surgery,before surgery visits summarize the experience.The Results of this group of 197 cases of children before surgery was ef ective preoperative visit,the psychological state of children's mental been significantly improved,compliance has improved significantly,both survived the perioperative surgical divisions successful children parent satisfaction is higher preoperative visit.Conclusions strengthen the children's visits preoperative surgical adopt ef ective methods of preoperative visits to ensure smooth operation,to ensure the safety of children,parents raise children with satisfaction.
