颈动脉支架成形术治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄

Carotid Artery Stenting for Symptomatic Carotid Stenosis

目的:观察使用颈动脉支架成形术(CAS)对症状性颈动脉狭窄的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治症状性颈动脉狭窄患者35例,对其实施 CAS治疗,对比观察治疗前后患者血流动力学情况及临床效果。结果治疗后血流动力学各指标均明显改善,颈动脉狭窄程度显著降低,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论实施CAS治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄,能够减少颈动脉狭窄,使主要责任血管血流速增强,具有理想的临床治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical ef ect of use carotid artery stenting(CAS)on symptomatic carotid artery stenosis.Methods:35 patients in our hospital in symptomatic carotid artery stenosis,use of CAS,observation clinical ef ect before and after treatment.Results:the indexes ofhemodynamics were significantly improved,the degree of carotid stenosisdecreased significantly,P<0.05.The dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion The implementation of CAS treatment of symptomatic carotid stenosis,carotid stenosis can be reduced,so that the primary responsibility for enhancing blood flow velocity,with the ideal clinical ef ect.
