弹性髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗儿童肱骨骨折的疗效比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较采用弹性髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗儿童胫骨干骨折的疗效。方法选择2010年6月~2011年6月于我院手术治疗的肱骨骨折的患儿50例,分两组各25例分别进行弹性髓内钉固定及钢板内固定。所有患者术后均得到至少6个月的有效随访。观察比较两种方法手术及住院时间,出血量、伤口愈合时间及术后3个月及6个月Murley评分。结果全部患儿随访骨折愈合良好且术后Murley评分无明显差异性。两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间比较,疤痕长度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方法治疗儿童肱骨骨均取得满意效果。比较而言,弹性髓内钉固定操作更加简便、伤口愈合时间短,术中出血量少,易于恢复。值得临床推广。
