老年高血压合并症的健康教育实践与评价

The Practice and Evaluation of Healthy Education for Complication of Old Age Hypertension

目的:通过健康教育实践,对老年高血压患者知识、态度、行为的干预,评价老年高血压合并症健康教育的实施效果。方法本中心对86例老年高血压合并症患者从进院到出院开展健康教育,进行相关知识和不良生活方式情况评估,根据健康教育计划、实施健康教育内容,并评价教育前后高血压合并症患者行为改变差异变化。结果健康教育后高血压患者各项知识水平评分满意,血压控制满意,生活习惯得到改善,心脑管疾病合并症明显患降低(P<0.01)。结论健康教育能有效的预防和控制高血压心脑血管合并病发生、提高患者生活质量和生命质量。

Objective To practise healthy education and interven the knowledge or at itude and behavior of complication of old age hypertension patients,we can evaluate the ef ect of healthy education for complication of old age hypertension.Methods We applied healthy education for 86 cases hypertension patients which af iliated old age hypertension from their admission to discharge and evaluated correlated knowledge and the state of dys-existence.According to plans and contents of healthy education,we can get the behavior variation between healthy education for complication of old age hypertension and non-doing.Results After healthy education,the hypertension patients have satisfied knowledge level including control blood pressure,improving living habit,reducing the complication of cordis cerebral vessels P<0.01).Conclusions healthy education can prevent and control the complication of cordis cerebral vessels,elevate quality of life.
