摘要
目的:探讨哌拉西林/他唑巴坦在髋部骨折的老年患者出现肺部感染治疗中的疗效。方法选取2010年6月~2013年7月我院收治的86例髋部骨折合并出现肺部感染的老年患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各43例,对照组采取哌拉西林/舒巴坦治疗,治疗组采取哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗,评价两组患者的治疗效果、细菌学疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.69%,相比于对照组的76.74%,明显提高。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于哌拉西林/舒巴坦,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦在髋部骨折的老年患者合并肺部感染的治疗中疗效更佳,在提高治疗效果及对细菌的清除率等方面具有明显的优越性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical ef icacy of piperacil in/tazobactam in elderly patients with hip fracture appearance ef ect in the treatment of pulmonary infection.Methods:with the elderly patients with pulmonary infection in 86 cases from 2010 June to 2013 July for hip fracture in our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,43 cases in each group,the control group take piperacil in/sulbactam in the treatment,the treatment group to piperacil in/tazobactam in the treatment of,evaluation of two groups of patients with curative ef ect,and adverse reaction of bacteriological ef icacy.Results:the total ef ective rate in treatment group was 90.69%,compared to the control group 76.74%,significantly improve.The dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with piperacil in/sulbactam,piperacil in/tazobactam is ef ective in the treatment of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with hip fracture bet er,has the obvious superiority in the aspect of improving the therapeutic ef ect and the bacterial clearance rate.
