钙拮抗剂在高血压治疗中的有效性和经济实用性

Effectiveness and Economic Practicality of Calcium Antagonists in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨钙拮抗剂在高血压治疗中的有效性与经济实用性。方法随机选取我院2010年2月~2012年2月接收诊治的59例原发高血压患者进行临床治疗分析,将所有患者平均分成两组,研究组给予钙拮抗剂尼群地平治疗,对照组予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)类药物卡托普利治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的血压水平以及治疗费用,P<0.05对比有显著性差异,研究有统计学意义。结果两组患者治疗前血压无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组血压均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05);研究组每月治疗花费15.6元,对照组每月治疗花费40.5元,研究组治疗花费较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论钙拮抗剂对高血压的治疗有显著的效果,月平均花费较少,故有较高的经济实用型,临床效果明显,应值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the ef ectiveness and economic practicality of using calcium treat hypertension.Methods:random select 59 primary hypertension cases in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012 and conduct clinical treat analysis,divided them into two groups,the study group was given calcium antagonist nitrendipine for treatment,the control group was given angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)drugs captopril,compared blood pressure levels and the cost of treatment of two groups,P<0.05 represent comparison study was statistical y significant.Results:The two groups of patients before treatment had no significant dif erence in blood pressure(P>0.05),the blood pressure of two groups after treatment decreased significantly than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Use Calcium antagonists to treat hypertension has a significant ef ect,the average less monthly spending,so it is a economical and practical drug,should be worthy applicated.
