探讨中西医结合治疗面神经炎的疗效40例

To Investigate the Efficacy of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Facial Paralysis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法采用针刺穴位、口服中药、西药输液、肌注、弱激光穴位照射综合治疗面神经炎40例,与纯西药治疗40例比较疗效。结果综合治疗组治愈率85%,对照组治愈率52.5%,差异显著。结论中西结合治疗面神经炎治愈率高,较单一方法效果好。

Objective to study the curative ef ect of combined Chinese and western medicine in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis.Methods using acupuncture points,oral Chinese medicine,western medicine infusion,intramuscular injection,weak laser acupoint irradiation treatment facial paralysis 40 cases,compared with pure western medicine treatment of 40 cases of curative ef ect.Results the combined treatment group cure rate 85%,control group cure rate 52.5%,the dif erence is significant.Conclusion the combination of Chinese and western treatment of facial paralysis cure rate is high,the relatively good ef ect in a single method.
