摘要
目的:探讨经外周浅静脉、股静脉、腋静脉置管给药在NICU患儿中的使用效果。方法总结我科2013年4月~8月住院治疗患儿经外周浅静脉置管356例、股静脉置管45例、腋静脉置管144例,比较三者的留置时间,并发症发生情况。结果腋静脉留置时间最长,并发症最少。结论腋静脉可作为NICU患儿静脉用药首选途径。
Objective:To investigate the peripheral superficial vein,femoral vein,axil ary vein administration in NICU patients using ef ect.Methods:from April to August 2013 in our department of children hospitalized canal in 356 cases,femoral vein catheterization in 45 cases,axil ary vein catheterization in 144 cases of peripheral superficial vein catheterindwel ing time,the comparison of the three,complications.Results:theaxil ary vein indwel ing time is the longest,the fewest complications.Conclusion:the axil ary vein can be used as NICU in children withintravenous drug use the preferred way.
