摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2012年11月~2013年12月收治的40例骨质疏松症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各20例,两组患者均给予常规药物治疗。干预组患者在此基础上给予护理干预,观察两组患者治疗后的VAS疼痛程度评分以及骨密度变化情况,同时采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对生活质量进行评价。结果干预组患者的VAS评分及骨密度较对照组患者有显著改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能评分显著优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够提高骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量,具有较好的临床应用效果。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in patients with osteoporosis.Methods 40 cases of osteoporosis in our hospital from 2012 March to 2013 August were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,20 cases in each group,all cases were given routine drug treatment,based on this cases in intervention group were given nursing intervention,observed the VAS pain score and bone density after treatment,the general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)were used to evaluate the quality of life.Results The scores of VAS and bone mineral density of intervention group patients improved significantly compared with the control group,there was significant dif erence between two groups(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function and social function of cases in intervention group were significantly bet er than that in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking nursing intervention can enhance the clinical effect of patients with osteoporosis,and improve the quality of life,has good clinical effect.
