贝那普利联合吲达帕胺治疗高血压76例疗效观察

76 Cases of Efficacy Observation Benazepril Combined with Indapamide Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨贝那普利联合吲达帕胺治疗高血压的疗效。方法选择2012年4月~2013年3月我院收住的高血压病例76例,所有病例均停用一切可能对血压有影响的药物,单独服用贝那普利1w疗效不佳的,采用贝那普利+吲达帕胺治疗方案。结果治疗4w后,76例中,显效53例,占73.7%;有效11例,占14.5%;无效12例,占15.8%。总有效64例,占84.2%。结论贝那普利联合吲达帕胺治疗高血压,降压效果明显,不良反应小,服用方便,患者易于接受,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Benner Pury combined with indapamide in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:from 2012 April to 2013 March in our hospital 76 cases of hypertension,drugs,al cases were disable al may have effects on blood pressure,take effect one week alone Benner Pury poor,Benner Pury+indapamide treatment.Result:4 weeks after the treatment,76 cases,effective in 53 cases,accounting for 73.7%;11 cases were effective,accounting for 14.5%;12 cases were ineffective,15.8%.The total effective in 64 cases,accounting for 84.2%.Conclusion:Benner Pury combined with indapamide in the treatment of hypertension,antihypertensive effect,adverse reaction is smal,easy to take,and is easily accepted by patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
