单纯型舌下腺囊肿改良袋形治疗50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of Simplex Sublingual Gland Cyst Improved Marsupialization Treatment

目的:了解改良袋形术治疗口内单纯型舌下腺囊肿的临床效果。方法2000年10月~2010年10月收治50例口内单纯型舌下腺囊肿患者,均为首发病例,其中男24例,女26例,年龄12~66岁。病程3个月~1年,左侧28例,右侧22例,手术沿囊肿周围作12点缝合,先沿囊肿边缘与周围1cm正常粘膜作6点均匀缝合,切除囊肿突起的粘膜和囊壁,放尽囊液后置入碘仿纱条,塞紧后与周围正常粘膜间断缝扎6针,固定碘仿纱条,2w后拆除碘仿纱条及缝线。结果术后复发8例,复发率16℅。结论改良袋形术治疗单纯舌下腺囊肿复发率较传统的袋形术明显降低,针对特殊患者,值得推广。

Objective Understand the improved treatment of pocket inside the mouth simplex clinical effect of sublingual gland cyst.Methods in October 2000-in October 2010,50 cases of oral pure type sublingual gland cyst patients,24 cases of male,female 26 patients,aged 12-66.Course of 3 months-1 year,on the left side of the 28 cases,22 cases on the right side,and 12 stitches around the cyst surgery,first along the edge of cyst and 1 cm normal mucosa around 6 am even suture,trembles resection of cyst of mucous membrane and thecal sac,article is put after cystic fluid into iodoform gauze,plugged with the surrounding normal mucosa after Mr.Six stitches,fixed iodoform gauze strip,two weeks after the demolition of iodoform gauze strip and sutures.Rsults 8 cases of postoperative recurrence,the recurrence rate of 16℅.Conclusion Improved treatment of pocket just pocket of sublingual gland cyst recurrence rate than traditional surgery significantly reduced,in view of the special patients,is worth promoting.
