摘要
目的:探讨地塞米松和碘仿作为根管消毒药物治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法在176颗慢性根尖周炎的根管治疗中,用地塞米松和碘仿为治疗组90例和CP或FC对照组各86例,,评价它们的的疗效。结果治疗组有效率为91.1%,对照组为72.0%。结论地塞米松和碘仿用于根管消毒治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效明显。
Objective Study on dexamethasone and the clinical effects of iodoform in treatment of chronic Periapical periodontitis.Methods 176 in the treatment of root canals of chronic apical periodontitis,iodoform and dexamethasone for treatment of 90 cases and 86 cases of of the CP or FC in the control group,after 1,3,6 months or 1 year after clinical inspection combined with x-root-tip,and evaluation of their ef icacy.Results Treatment ef iciency of 91.1%in the control group at 72%.Conclusion Iodoform and dexamethasone for the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis by clinical effects of apparent.
