摘要
目的:观察微生态制剂预防和治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床价值。对确诊湿疹的患儿进行治疗,7 d后观察疗效是否改善,1个月后观察复发率是否降低。方法将2013年1月~8月我院门诊确诊的湿疹患儿73例随机分为治疗组(n=37);对照组(n=36)。对照组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用联合氯雷他定糖浆口服综合治疗。治疗组则再给予培菲康口服治疗。7 d后观察两组的临床疗效和特应性皮炎评分标准( SCORAD 评分),1个月后统计湿疹复发率。结果治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的 SCORAD 评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组1个月内的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。同时,治疗组的消化不良症状改善情况明显优于对照组。结论微生态制剂预防和治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To evaluate the prevention and treatment effects of microecologics to infantile eczema.Methods:73 children diagnosed as eczema during January to August 2013 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated by Butyrate hydrocortisone cream and Loratadine syrup,while the observation group were given bifid triple viable on the basis of control group.The clinical effects and the severity scoring of atopic dermatitis(SCORAD index)of two groups were compared in 7-day's treatment.One-month eczema recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was bet er than that of the control group(P<0.01).The SCORAD index of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01).The control group tended to have higher recurrence rate(P<0.01).The improvement of indigestive symptom of the treatment group were bet er than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Microecologics has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment on infantile eczema.Thus,it is worth to clinical application.
