新型教学模式在儿科实习护士中的应用

目的:改变教学模式,让实习生在儿科实习中产生浓厚的兴趣,出色地完成儿科实习。方法以'问题为基础'的思维方式,培养护生理论知识的强化、科研选题意识的形成。结果实习护士100名中,实验组50名实习护士每周有目的、计划地进行实习,从被动学习模式变为主动学习,培养了护生动手、动脑能力,学习效果好;多媒体教学让护生自己当老师,不仅锻炼护生对现代化信息能力的接受,还能提高语言表达能力。结论提高了儿科护理带教质量,达到了教学互长的目的,促进了师生综合素质的提高。
