新型教学模式在儿科实习护士中的应用

摘要 目的:改变教学模式,让实习生在儿科实习中产生浓厚的兴趣,出色地完成儿科实习。方法以'问题为基础'的思维方式,培养护生理论知识的强化、科研选题意识的形成。结果实习护士100名中,实验组50名实习护士每周有目的、计划地进行实习,从被动学习模式变为主动学习,培养了护生动手、动脑能力,学习效果好;多媒体教学让护生自己当老师,不仅锻炼护生对现代化信息能力的接受,还能提高语言表达能力。结论提高了儿科护理带教质量,达到了教学互长的目的,促进了师生综合素质的提高。 Objective to change the teaching mode,so the students have a strong interest in pediatric practice,wel done in pediatrics.Methods the'problem-based'way of thinking,cultivating nursing students theoretical knowledgeintensive,scientific research consciousness.Results the practice nurse 100,experimental group 50 nurse a purpose,planned to carry out practice,from passive learning into active learning,training of nursing students,ability,learningeffect is good;the multimedia teaching for nursing students to own when the teacher,not only exercise nursing students to accept the modern informationability,but also improve the ability of language expression.Conclusion improving pediatric nursing teaching quality,achieve the teaching purpose to promote mutual y,the teachers and students comprehensive quality.
