摘要 目的:探讨内科护理实习生带教的方法及管理。方法通过选取2012年来我科的护理实习生55名为实验组,通过对带教老师带教方法及技能培训后,统一制定科室培训计划再进行带教。选取2011年来我科的护理实习生52名为对照组,由各个带教老师根据带教大纲自己进行带教。结果实验组实习生出科理论、操作考试成绩及对带教老师的满意度都有提高。结论通过对带教老师的带教方法及技能的培训,完善了临床护理带教模式,进一步提高了护理教学质量。 Objective Discussion internal medicine department nurses the intern guidance and teaching the method and the management.The Method through selects since 2012 my branch nursing intern 55 named experimental groups,through after guidance and teaching teacher the guidance and teaching method and skil training,the unification formulates the administrative of ices training plan to carry on the guidance and teaching again.Selects since 2011 my branch nursing intern 52 named control groups,carries on the guidance and teaching by each guidance and teaching teacher according to guidance and teaching program.Result the experimental group practice gives birth the branch theory,the operation test result and al has the enhancement to the guidance and teaching teacher's degree of satisfaction.The Conclusion through to the guidance and teaching teacher's guidance and teaching method and skil training,has consummated the clinical nursing guidance and teaching pat ern,further improved the nursing quality of teaching.
