2016年钢铁行业形势严峻,煤焦资源紧张.焦炭大幅涨价且焦炭实物库存持续偏低,焦炭品种变化频繁,对高炉的稳定顺行造成不利影响.为了缓解紧张局面,在玉溪新兴钢铁有限公司的部署下炼铁厂3#高炉进行80焦冶炼,在科学合理制度保障下,通过严控焦炭热态强度,调剂适宜的煤气流分布并加强生产组织管理等,玉钢3#高炉顺利开展了80焦冶炼实践,80焦使用比例最高突破50%,取得了较好的经济技术指标和冶炼效果.

The steel industry is in a tough situation in 2016,and the coal coke resources are tight.Coke price has risen sharply and coke stocks continue to be low.Frequent changes in coke types have adversely affected the stability of the blast furnace.In order to alleviate the tension and under the deployment of Yuxi Xinxing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the 3#blast furnace of the ironmaking plant carries out 80-coke smelting.Under the scientific and reasonable system guarantee,strictly control of the thermal strength of coke,suitable gas flow distribution and strengthened production organization management,3#blast furnace successfully carried out 80-coke smelting practice with the maximum use ratio of 80-coke exceeding 50%,and good economic and technical indicators and smelting effects were achieved.
