摘要 大红山铁精矿管道起始于云南省玉溪市新平县嘎洒镇大红山铁矿,经171 km的矿浆输送管道长距离打压送至安宁昆钢,由于昆钢草铺新区的实施,充分利用大红山管道输送资源、一管多叉,提高管道输送能力,是提高企业经济效益、 降低费用成本的重要举措.一管多叉的实施,可大量减少安宁昆钢以及草铺新区铁精矿汽车运输的费用,减少精矿的倒、 转、 运抛洒、 落地堆放的损耗以及交通堵塞、 公路损坏等直接或间接的成本费用,同时管道运输是国家积极推进的节能减排和环保项目,符合国家的可持续发展要求,符合国家产业政策支持. The Dahongshan iron concentrate pipeline started at the Dahongshan Iron Mine in Xinping County,Yunnan Province,and was transported to Anning Kungang Steel through a 171-kilometer slurry pipeline.Due to the implementation of the Caopu New District,the Dahongshan pipeline transportation resources were fully utilized.It is an important measure to improve the economic efficiency and reduce the cost of the enterprise by increasing the pipeline transportation capacity.The implementation of a multi-branch pipeline can greatly reduce the transportation cost of iron concentrates in Anning Kunming Steel and Caopu New District,the loss of concentrate in transfer,transportation,landing and stacking,and the direct or indirect costs such as traffic jams and road damage.At the same time,pipeline transportation is an energy-saving,emission reduction and environmental protection project actively promoted by the state,in line with China′s sustainable development requirements andthe national industrial policy support.
