摘要
以11个品种萱草为试材,采用石蜡切片显微测量、 测定相对电导率的方法,研究了不同低温胁迫条件下萱草叶片的解剖结构和细胞膜透性的变化,用Logistic方程拟合,计算半致死温度(TLT50),分析不同品种萱草的抗寒性.结果表明,不同品种萱草的抗寒性有差异,野生萱草比栽培品种抗寒性强,子代比亲代萱草抗寒性强,其抗寒性依次为品种'10-7-37'>品种'10-7-8'>'太谷1号'>'泽洲1号'>'五台2号'>'历山1号'>'红运'>'美国3号'>'香宝'>'金娃娃'>'黄绣客'.
Taking Hemerocallis fulva leaves of 11 varieties as materials,the anatomical structure and cell membrane permeability of the leaves were studied by observing paraffin sections and measuring relative conductivity through microscope under different low temperature stress.With logistic equation,semilethal temperatures(TLT50)were calculated to analyze cold resistance of different varieties of H.fulva.The results indicated that cold resistance of H.fulva presented differently among varieties.The wild varieties were able to endure low temperature,and the same trend for the offspring compared to parental generation.The order of cold resistance of 11 varieties of H.fulva was 10-7-37>10-7-8>TG1>ZZ1>WT2>LS1>HY>MG3>XB>JWW>HXK.
