围手术期护理在椎间孔镜YESS手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨围手术期护理在椎间孔镜YESS手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析2016年12月至2018年12月于江西省赣州市市立医院行椎间孔镜YESS手术治疗的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组100例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取围手术期护理.比较两组术后下床活动时间、住院时间、疼痛程度及术后恢复情况.结果 观察组术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理3 d后数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分低于对照组,术后恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 围手术期护理应用于行椎间孔镜YESS手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中,能有效缩短其术后下床活动时间及住院时间,提高术后恢复效果.
