摘要
快节奏的信息获取方式使得媒体行业呈现出浮躁化、利益化的特点,以致报道失实,这与传统文献中媒体在网络舆论中发挥正确导向作用的正面形象不符.经典扎根理论能指导研究者探究媒体与网民双方共筑网络现实:媒体片面选取素材,利用共情心理推动传播,提高热度和阅读量;网民初次接触新鲜事件时受好奇心理影响进行舆论博弈,在类似事件多次发生后产生价值观疲倦,心理门槛升高,导致自身的共情能力下降,而共情心理又反作用于媒体人,增加了新闻素材的选择难度.
The fast-paced way of information acquisition makes the media industry impetuous and interest-oriented,so that the phenomenon of reporting failure occurs from time to time,which is inconsistent with the positive image of the media playing a correct guiding role in network public opinion in traditional literature.Classical grounded theory can guide researchers to explore how the media and netizens build network reality together.The media unilaterally select materials and use empathy psychology to promote communication and increase the heat and reading load;internet users are influenced by curiosity psychology when they first contact with fresh events to play public opinion game,which produces value fatigue and psychological threshold rise after similar events occur many times,which leads to the decline of their empathy ability,while empathy psychology counteracts.For the media,it increases the difficulty of choosing news materials.
