前列腺增生围手术期血栓预防及护理措施 被引量：8

Prevention and Nursing Measures of Perioperative Thrombus in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺增生患者围术期预防血栓性疾病的护理方法 与措施.方法 选取2016年6月至2018年5月行经尿道手术治疗的前列腺增生患者,评估发生血栓的风险等级,予以相应的药物或物理预防措施,观察围手术期血栓性疾病发生率.结果 共计165例患者,年龄58~82岁,血栓风险低危组12例,未发生血栓,中危组70例,血栓发生率3.2%,高危组83例,血栓发生率2.8%.高危组患者发生1例肺栓塞,及时治疗后恢复.结论 对前列腺增生经尿道手术患者患者进行风险评估及早期预防干预措施,能够有效预防血栓性疾病的发生.
