多媒体健康教育下的量化踝泵运动在预防肝硬化患者股静脉置管深静脉血栓形成中的应用

Application of Quantification of Ankle Pump Movement under Multimedia Health Education in Preventing deep Venous Thrombosis of Femoral Venous Catheterization in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的 探讨多媒体健康教育下的量化踝泵运动在预防肝硬化患者股静脉置管深静脉血栓形成中的应用价值.方法 选取我院2014年12月至2017年10月接受股静脉置管的肝硬化患者64例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)与研究组(n=32).对照组给予常规护理,研究组于常规护理基础上采取多媒体健康教育下量化踝泵运动干预.统计两组股静脉置管后第7d、14d下肢深静脉血栓发生率及护理满意度.结果 研究组股静脉置管后第7d、14d下肢深静脉血栓发生率(0.00%、3.13%)低于对照组(6.25%、12.50%) (P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(71.88%)(P<0.05).结论 肝硬化患者股静脉置管期间实施多媒体健康教育下量化踝泵运动,可有效降低深静脉血栓发生风险,且利于提高患者护理满意度.

Objective To investigate the application value of quantification of ankle pump movement under multimedia health education in preventing deep venous thrombosis of femoral venous catheterization in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 64 patients with liver cirrhosis who received femoral vein catheterization in our hospital from December 2014 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the study group(n=32).The control group was given the routine nursing,and the study group was given the quantification of ankle pump movement under multimedia health education on the basis of the routine nursing.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and nursing satisfaction of the 7 th d and the 14 th d after femoral vein catheterization of two groups were compared.Results In the study group,the incidences of deep vein thrombosis(0%,3.13%)in the 7 th d and the 14 th d after femoral vein catheterization(0%,3.13%)were lower than those of the control group(6.25%,12.50%).(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(71.88%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quantification of ankle pump movement under multimedia health education in patients with liver cirrhosis during the period of femoral venous catheterization can effectively reduce the risk of deep venous thrombosis and improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.
