洗涤式自体血回输中不同浓度肝素对手术患者凝血功能的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Concentrations of Heparin in Washing Autologous Blood Transfusion on Coagulation Function in Patients Undergoing Surgery

摘要 目的 探讨洗涤式自体血回输中不同浓度肝素对手术患者凝血功能的影响.方法 选择医院2017年6月~2018年6月收治的手术患者70例,按照随机数表法分为A组(24例)、B组(23例)、C组(23例),三组使用肝素浓度分别为25、12.5、2.5 U/mL,采用中心静脉压(CVP)持续监测,对比监测后0、24、48、72 h的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、血小板(PLT)水平、皮肤黏膜出血情况及并发症发生情况.结果 A、B组患者自体血回输后24、48、72 h的PT、aPTT、TT均长于0h时(P<0.05),A、B组患者回输自体血后24、48、72 h的皮肤黏膜出血积分及PLT水平明显低于0 h(P <0.05),A、B组不良反应发生率明显高于C组(P<0.05).结论 洗涤式自体血回输中宜采浓度为2.5 U/mL的肝素,对患者的凝血功能影响较小.
