机采血小板献血者单采后血小板数量的变化分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的 分析机采血小板献血者单采后血小板数量的变化情况.方法 选取2016年9月至2017年9月1302例在我站自愿无偿献血者,按照采集血小板之前、采集血小板之后的1h、24 h、48 h和72 h等5个时间点,对献血者的血液标本进行采集,分别对其中的血小板数量进行检测.结果 在各个时间点,献血者血液中血小板的数量均存在明显的差异(P<0.05);随着时间的不同,献血量不同,献血者血小板数量恢复到正常水平所需要的时间也均不相同.采集量不同的献血者其单采血小板后血小板分布的宽度值、平均血小板的体积、大血小板比率的变化影响结果均存在显著差异(P<0.05).但是不同采血机型、体重、年龄的献血者其单采前后血小板数量的差值并没有显著差异(P>0.05).结论 献血者在捐献单采血小板后,机体会对其外周血中的血小板数量进行调节,进而保证外周血中的血小板数量以及功能均维持在正常的范围内. Objective The analysis of the changes in the number of platelets after platelet blood donation by the platelet donors.Methods A total of 1302 volunteers who volunteered to donate blood in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in the blood of donors according to the time points of 1 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after collecting platelets and collecting platelets.Specimens were collected and the number of platelets in them was tested.Results At each time point,there was a significant difference in the number of platelets in the blood of blood donors(P<0.05).The time required for the blood donation of blood donors with different amounts of apheresis to return to normal levels over time They are also different.There were significant differences in the effect of the changes in platelet distribution width,mean platelet volume,and large platelet ratio between the blood donors with different collections(P<0.05).However,blood donors of different blood collection types,weights,and ages did not differ significantly in the number of platelets before and after apheresis(P>0.05).Conclusion After donors donate apheresis,the body will regulate the number of platelets in the peripheral blood to ensure that the number and function of platelets in the peripheral blood are maintained within the normal range.
