原发性肝癌患者血浆D二聚体、纤溶酶-α2抗纤溶酶复合物联合检测的临床价

Clinical Value of Plasma of D-dimer and Plasmin-Alpha2 Plasmin Inhibitor Complex Detection in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

目的 为探讨原发性肝癌(PHC)患者血浆D二聚体(D-D)、纤溶酶-α2抗纤溶酶复合物(PIC)联合检测的临床价值.方法 采用SysmexCS5100全自动血凝仪对120例PHC患者及100例健康体检者血浆D-D、PIC分别进行检测,并进行比较.结果 PHC患者血浆D-D水平及PIC含量明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 PHC患者存在不同程度血管内皮损伤及凝血与纤溶系统功能紊乱,血浆D-D及PIC水平明显升高可作为PHC患者病情进展、疗效观察及预后判断的指标之一.

Objective To investigate the plasma D-dimer(D-D),plasmin-alpha2 plasmin inhibitor complex(PIC)clinical value in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)combined detection.Methods SysmexCS5100 automatic blood coagulation analyzer 120 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)patients and 100 cases of healthy persons plasma D-dimer(D-D)、PIC were respectively detected and compared.Results PHC patients with plasma D-D and PIC levels were significantly higher than healthy controls,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Conclusion PHC patients have different degrees of vascular endothelial injury and coagulation-fibrinolytic system disorder.Plasma D-D and PIC can be used as indicators for PHC patients progression,curative effect and prognosis.
