充分重视与激励护理干预对年轻脑卒中患者预后效果的影响分析

Analysis of prognostic effect of full attention and incentive nursing intervention on young stroke patients

目的 分析充分重视与激励护理干预对年轻脑卒中患者预后效果的影响.方法 纳入本院2017年10月-2018年6月收治的的年轻脑卒中患者共104例为研究对象,采取住院号单双数分组发分为观察组与对照组各52例,对照组实施常规脑卒中院内治疗干预及护理干预,观察组在常规干预基础上加用充分重视与激励护理干预,对比不同的护理干预方法对患者Barthel指数(the Barthelindex of ADL)、Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Test,BBS)、焦虑自测量表(SAS)、抑郁自测量表(SDS)及纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表量表(Memorial University Of Newfoudlalld Seale 0f HappiIless,MUNSH)得分.结果 两组患者干预前Barthel指数与BBS得分无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组患者得分均上升,但观察组高于对照组,P<0.05.两组患者干预前的SAS、SDS及MUNSH得分无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组患者得分均得到优化,但观察组优于对照组,P<0.05.结论 充分重视与激励护理干预在年轻脑卒中患者中的应用能够改善其心理状态与幸福感,提升其疾病康复效果.

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the prognosis of young stroke patients.Methods A total of 104 young stroke patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were included as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by single and double number of hospitalization numbers,52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine in-hospital treatment intervention and nursing intervention for stroke.The observation group was given full attention and incentive nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention,and the different nursing intervention parties were compared.Results The Barthel index of ADL,Berg Balance Test(BBS),Self-Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Depression Scale(SDS)and Memorial University of Newfoundland Seale 0f HappiIless(MUNSH)were scored.Results:There was no significant difference in Barthel index and BBS score between the two groups before intervention,P>0.05.After intervention,the scores of both groups increased,but the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in SAS,SDS and MUNSH scores between the two groups before intervention,P>0.05.After intervention,the scores of the two groups were optimized,but the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Full attention to and encouragement of nursing intervention in young stroke patients can improve their psychological state and well-being,and enhance their rehabilitation effect.
