摘要
目的 探讨重组人干扰素 α-1b联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增生症疗效及对患儿免疫力影响分析.方法 选择2015年10月-2017年4月在郑州市第十六人民医院收治的80例小儿传染性单核细胞增生症患儿为研究对象,将患儿以随机数字表法分为A组(n=40)和B组(n=40),A组患儿作为观察组术中采用重组人干扰素 α-1b联合更昔洛韦作为治疗方案,B组患儿仅采用更昔洛韦治疗作为对照组,对比分析两组患儿治疗效果、肝功能指标、T淋巴细胞变化情况.结果 治疗7 d后A组患儿EBV-DNA转阴率95.0%,B组患儿EBV-DNA转阴率67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后A组患儿总蛋白量高于B组患儿,ALT、GOT低于B组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后A组患儿CD3+低于B组患儿,CD4+、CD8+高于B组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后A组患儿有效率90.0%,B组患儿有效率82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小儿传染性单核细胞增生症患儿采用重组人干扰素 α-1b联合更昔洛韦治疗可以有效抑制病毒复制,提高机体免疫功能,具有较好的临床疗效.
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferonα-1b combined with ganciclovir on the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children and its effect on the immunity of children.Methods A total of 80 children with infectious mononucleosis in children admitted to the 16th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City from October 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled.The children were divided into the group A by random number table method(n=40)and the group B(n=40),the group A were treated with recombinant human interferonα-1b combined with ganciclovir as the treatment group,and the group B was treated with ganciclovir only.As the control group,the therapeutic effects,liver function indexes,and T lymphocyte changes in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results fter 7 days of treatment,the EBV-DNA negative rate was 95.0%in the group A,and the EBV-DNA negative rate was 67.5%in the group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total protein in the group A after treatment for 7 days.The ALT and GOT were lower than that of the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the CD3+in the group A was lower than that of the group B,and CD4+and CD8+were higher than that of the group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate was 90.0%in the group A and 82.5%in the group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with infectious mononucleosis in children with recombinant human interferonα-1b combined with ganciclovir can effectively inhibit viral replication,improve immune function,and have good clinical efficacy.
