心力衰竭患者联合应用贝那普利、美托洛尔治疗的效果及对患者心率变异性的影响

Effects of combined benapril and metoprolol therapy on patients with heart failure and their effects on heart rate variability

目的 探讨心力衰竭患者联合应用贝那普利、美托洛尔治疗的效果及对患者心率变异性的影响.方法 选取2016年5月-2017年5月本院收治的心力衰竭患者184例,随机分为两组,两组患者均进行常规的治疗,在此基础上对研究组患者使用贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗.结果 研究组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的心动态图结果与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),研究组患者的6MWT及血液指标情况优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的生活质量评分情况优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者第一年、第二年住院次数少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组第一年死亡率、第二年死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组第二年住院次数、死亡率与第一年相比无明显变化(P>0.05).结论 在对患者进行常规治疗的基础上,对患者增加贝那普利联合美托洛尔进行治疗,对改善患者的心功能、缓解患者心力衰竭的状况有着不错的临床效果,从而起到改善患者生活质量、降低死亡率的作用,临床上应当进一步的推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril and metoprolol on heart rate variability in patients with heart failure.Methods 184 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the study group was treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol.Results The curative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The 6MWT and blood indexes of the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of hospitalizations in the first year and the second year of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate and the second year mortality of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the second year of the study group.There was no significant change in the number of hospitalizations and mortality compared with the first year(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,benazepril combined with metoprolol has a good clinical effect on improving cardiac function and alleviating heart failure,so as to improve the quality of life and reduce mortality of patients.It should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
