摘要 高职院校教师的专业发展与'双高计划'建设具有统一性和同步性,二者相互依存,相互促进.在'双高计划'建设背景下,基于高职院校教师专业发展的价值取向、逻辑基点和专业发展能力要素等,提出推进高职院校教师的专业发展,应加强教师专业发展的制度建设,建立教师专业发展的协同模式,构建教师专业学习共同体,聚焦教师专业发展的四大核心能力等,多视角全方位推动. The professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the construction of the"Double High Plan"are unified and synchronized,and they are interdependent and mutually reinforcing.Under the background of the"Double High Plan",through the in-depth analysis of the value orientation,logical starting points and professional development ability elements of teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges,this study puts forward the promotion strategies of teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of system supply,mode innovation,exploration of organizational forms and improvement of professional development ability.
