高质量发展是新时代我国高职教育发展的核心主题,相对于规模发展,高质量发展是基于优化高等教育结构和基于打造鲜明的类型特色而言的,是一项十分复杂的系统性工程,应明确价值导向、问题导向、目标导向、改革导向和发展导向,以'双高计划'为引领,集中力量建设一批引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平的高职学校和专业群,带动职业教育持续深化改革,推进高职教育高质量发展.

High-quality development is the core theme of higher vocational education development in China in the new era.Compared with large-scale development,high-quality development is based on optimizing the structure of higher education and building distinctive characteristics in types.This is a very complex and systematic project.We should make clear the orientation of values,problems,goals,reforms and development,based on connotation development,characterized by type education,and guided by"double high plans".We will concentrate our efforts on building a number of vocational schools and professional groups that will lead reform,support development with the Chinese characteristics and the world level.
