Intercultural and Multicultural Education for Children: Two Case Studies from Canada

摘要 This case study focuses on intercultural and multicultural education for children.Several studies show cultural identity and cultural conflicts have both positive and negative influence on the education for children.Based on the interview,this research ex-plores the differences between Chinese and Canadian way of education and how intercultural and multicultural education influences the family and how the family members integrate into the Canadian way of life.From the 5 aspects of cultural identity,cultural con-flicts,stereotype,intercultural education for children,and multicultural education for children,there follows the 2 case studies for the exploration of further discussion and improvement.
