本文介绍了杭州龙山化工的100kt/a双加压法稀硝酸装置自投产以来,针对产量偏低、热能回收效率低等一些不足,通过一系列的改造及优化,取得了良好的增产节能效果,为硝酸装置类似的改造提供了参考经验.

This paper introduces deficiencies of 100 kt/a dilute nitric acid plant with dual-pressure process in Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Co.,Ltd.since beginning of production,such as low yield,low heat recovery rate,etc.Through a series of retrofit and optimization,production increasing and energy saving effects are achieved.It provides reference experiences for similar nitric acid plant retrofit.
