浅谈清洁生产在硝酸装置节能减排中的应用

硝酸生产由于介质的强腐蚀性易造成物料跑冒滴漏而污染环境,传统的末端治理理念具有局限性,清洁生产作为全新的环保理念,是防治硝酸行业污染的最佳途径.本文通过对南化公司硝酸装置生产过程分析,提出工艺和设备改造方案达到清洁生产、节能减排的目的.

Due to strong corrosive media,nitric acid industry can easily lead to leakage of materials and pollution of the environment.The traditional treatment concept has limitations.As a new concept of environmental protection,clean production is the best way to prevent and control nitric acid industry pollution.Through analysis of the production process of nitric acid plant in Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,retrofit schemes of process and equipment are proposed and purpose of clean production,energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.
