基于ABAQUS挖掘机驾驶室防倾翻安全性能分析与结构改进

Safety performance analysis and structure improvement of the excavator cab based on ABAQUS

摘要 利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对挖掘机驾驶室防倾翻结构(ROPS)进行了有限元力学性能仿真分析并进行了结构改进.结果表明:原挖掘机驾驶室ROPS在最小垂直载荷作用下已经侵入挠曲极限区域,根据仿真分析结果对ROPS进行了结构改进,改进后的ROPS在满足最小垂直载荷的同时,ROPS未侵入挠曲极限区域DLV,驾驶室防倾翻安全性能符合国家标准要求. The nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate and analyze the mechanical performance of excavator roll-over protective structure(ROPS)and improve the structure.The results show that the ROPS has intruded into the flexure limit area under the minimum vertical load.According to the simulation analysis results,the improved ROPS is satisfied with the minimum vertical load,and which does not invade the flexural limit area DLV.Safety performance of excavator cab is in line with the national standard requirements.
