摘要
针对硬岩侵入隧道妨碍正常盾构施工的工程问题,以穗莞深城际SZH-9标进口明挖段~深圳机场北站区间盾构工程为背景,通过理论分析探讨采用微差爆破进行硬岩预处理的作用机理,结合实际工程应用,表明采用微差爆破法进行预处理不仅可以有效破碎岩石,还可以使炸药使用效率达到最高.
Aiming at the problem of hard rocks in front of TBM leading negative effects to tunnel excavation, this paper takes the shield tunneling project of open digging section to Airport North Station in intercity railway connecting Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen as a background, it discusses the mechanism of using millisecond blasting to pretreat hard rock through theoretical analysis. A practical engineering application indicates millisecond blasting method can effectively crush rocks in front of TBM and reduce impact of blasting vibration on surrounding environment and decrease explosive consumption.
