摘要
在城市地下工程浅埋暗挖法隧道施工过程中(以珠三角东莞至惠州城际轨道GZH-3标项目为依托),通过采用水压爆破的方法,在拟建的暗挖区间隧道(DK14 + 917.000 ~DK16 + 565.000段),尝试采用水压爆破技术,将所设计的掘进参数精确化,最大程度提高了每循环实际掘进的进尺,在减少火工产品消耗的基础上,又很大程度降低了因爆破产生的不良影响(火工产品爆炸后的粉尘、振动等),起到了工程施工节能减排的功效,降低了施工成本,确保了职业健康安全及文明施工的要求.
During the process of shallow-buried undercutting tunnel construction of urban underground engineering (based on the Lot GZH-3 project of Pearl River Delta Dongguan-Huizhou intercity railway),the hydraulic blasting method is used to construct a sectional shallow-buried tunnel (DK14 + 917.000 ~ DK16 + 565.000),and refine the designed tunneling parameters to maximize the per cycle footage of actual excavation as well as reduce the consumption of pyrotechnic products. At the same time, the adverse effects caused by blasting, including dust, vibration after explosion of pyrotechnic products, are greatly decreased, which achieves the effects of energy conservation, emission reduction and cost saving for engineering construction. It could ensure occupational health and safety as well as civilized construction requirements.
