高地应力软岩单线铁路隧道施工病害分析及其处理措施

摘要 深埋软岩隧道由于围岩流变的特殊性质,易引发一系列工程问题.结合建设中的丽香铁路工程,就高地应力软岩单线铁路隧道在薄片状炭质板岩中遇到的病害进行分析,主要包括:①系统锚杆拉力很小或出现压力;②拱顶掉块、边墙侵限;③上台阶掌子面不稳定;④喷射混凝土高粉尘、低强度;⑤钢架扭曲变形;⑥顺层偏压.对这些病害进行机理分析与研究,最后提出了利用高地应力软岩流变性质的锚注网喷联合支护措施,效果良好. Due to the special nature of the rheological surrounding rock, series of engineering problems were easily encountered in the construction of deep-buried soft rock tunnel. Combined with the tunnels construction on the Li-xiang Railway line, the problems caused by high crustal stress and sliced carbonaceous slate were analyzed, mainly including: firstly, small tension or compression of the system anchor bolt. Secondly, the vault falling, side wall invading. Thirdly, instability of the working faces at upper stage. Fourthly, high dust and low strength of shotcrete. Fifthly, distortion of the steel frame. Sixthly, uneven rock pressure of layered strata. At last, the combined support measures of anchorage, shotcreting and grouting were put forward to control the large deformation of the tunnel in the theological rock under high crustal stress.
