跨繁忙干线高速铁路连续梁转体合龙段吊架施工技术

摘要 目前针对混凝土箱梁桥施工合龙吊架的研究,大都侧重于利用悬臂浇注时挂篮作合龙吊架的研究,现有混凝土箱梁桥施工挂篮自重大、自身无防护体系且均采用拖拉方式行走,很少关注采用转体施工的混凝土箱梁桥合龙吊架问题.本文以郑徐高速铁路虞城特大桥跨越陇海铁路转体施工为工程背景,研发一种带防护体系的转体施工合龙吊架装置及施工方法,经结构验算该装置均能满足强度、刚度和稳定性要求,实践证明施工效果良好,可为类似工程提供经验. At present, in view of the closure study of concrete box girder bridges, most of them focus on the use of baskets as the closure hanger during cantilever casting. The existing concrete box girder bridge construction basket is of large dead weight without protection system and move ahead by dragging. This paper, taking the swivel construction of Yucheng Special Bridge in Zhengzhou-Xuzhou High-speed Railway across the Longhai Railway as the engineering background ' develops a new type of closure hanger device and construction method for swivel construction with a protective system,which can meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability. The practice proves that the working effect is good and could provide reference for the similar projects.
