跨海大桥箱梁预制场出海口设计及施工技术

摘要 随着箱梁预制数量的增多,出海口施工关系到跨海大桥箱梁架设施工能否顺利进行.出海口设计的总体思路为'引进来',即在陆地上开凿装船区,避免'伸出去'进行大量海上作业.主要考虑因素一是确保任何时候运输船不能搁浅,航道在高潮位时进出船只;二是水中龙门吊基础根据实测海况利用低潮位时进行混凝土基础作业,最大程度地避免水中作业.本文结合日常出海口施工经验及控制要求,对出海口设计及施工要点及难点作出探讨. With an increasing number of prefabricated box girder,the construction of marine outfall relates to whether the box girder erection of suspension bridge can be carried out smoothly.The general idea on designing the marine outfall is'bring in',which means to dig the loading area on the land,thus avoiding'stretching out'to carry out a large number of operations on the sea.The main factors are as follows:firstly,we need to ensure that the transporter can not strand at any time,vessels can only pass at high tide.Secondly,we need to make use of the low tide while performing concrete work in the underwater gantry crane foundation,which is to minimize operating in the sea.Combined with the construction experience and control requirements of the marine outfall,this paper tries to focus on the key points and difficulties in marine outfall design as well as construction.
