有轨电车沥青铺装段阻尼减振材料施工技术研究

摘要 有轨电车2号线首开段轨道工程,正线采用单块式无砟轨道和嵌入式无砟轨道两种轨道形式.共享路权段和路口平交段轨道全部埋入地下,并铺设沥青路面或覆土绿化.其施工设计标准高,对轨道减振降噪性均提出了较高的要求.文章结合首开段阻尼减振材料施工,进一步验证了该阻尼减振材料安装工艺和标准的可行性,提出了采用密封胶灌缝机灌缝和方钢模型预留成槽的施工方法,做到技术创新、提高施工效率、质量可控. In the first track section of the tram line 2,two kinds of track were adopted,namely the single-block ballastless track and the embedded ballastless track.The shared road section and the intersection road were all buried in the ground,and were paved asphalt as pavement or overlayed vegetation.It had high construction design standard and high requirement for the vibration and noise reduction.Combining with the first period of vibration damping materials construction,it was verified that the installation process and the standards were feasible using the damping and shock—absorbing materials,the seals were filled by gasket cement grouting machine,the grooves were prepared with square steel model,these construction methods had achieved the results with innovated technology,improved efficiency and controlled quality.
