摘要
微型盾构以其掘进灵活、长距离施工等优势在市政微型隧道的建设中得到广泛应用.本文依托南京洪武路污水隧道工程,对新型泥浓微型盾构在浅覆土富水软弱地层中泥浓循环、泥浆处理及盾构关键部位装置改进等关键技术进行分析,为类似工程提供参考.
With the advantages of flexible driving and long distance excavation.micro shield tunneling machine was widely used in the construction of municipal micro tunnels.Based on the Nanjing Hongwu Road sewage tunnel project,the new technologies of micro concentrated mud shield tunneling in weak watery stratum under shallow overburden soils were introduced.Besides,the key technologies of concentrated mud circulation,mud treatment and key pans of shield machine improvement were analyzed.This paper could provide a reference for the similar projects.
