摘要 依托某新建重载铁路隧道工程,通过理论分析、数值模拟以及现场的监控量测,对隧道的开挖工法以及衬砌结构的受力进行分析,对大断面软岩隧道开挖技术进行方案优化.采用优化后的两台阶边墙同步开挖、仰拱及时跟进的方案,有效遏制了掌子面前方先行位移、挤出位移及后方位移等快速变形,在确保施工质量和安全的前提下,大幅提高了工效,保证了工期. In this paper,based on the newly—built heavy haul railway tunnel project,through theoretical analysis。numerical simulation and field monitoring measurement,method of tunnel excavation and lining structure stress were analyzed,and the excavation technology of large section soft rock tunnel was optimized.The plan Was adopted with two steps of synchronous excavation and the invefl arch following up in time SO as to effectively curb the rapid deformation in the aspect of the advance displacement,the extrusion displacement and the rear displacement,which ensured the construction quality and safety,and improved the efficiency of the construction.
