摘要 深埋大直径永久性钢护筒施工,施工工序多、施工质量控制困难、返工成本高,特别是在水中钻孔钢平台上施工,因场地面积有限,施工进度受到很大影响.文章以国道G104五河淮河特大桥施工为例,通过理论计算分析及现场实践经验,对大直径永久性钢护筒施工工艺进行改进,取得了较好的效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴. The construction of deep buried large permanent steel tube has many processes with difficulty to controlling the quality,and high rework cost,especially for drilling steel platform in water.Due to the limited site area,the construction schedule is greatly affected.Taking Huaihe Wuhe Bridge of National Highway G104 as an example,through theoretical analysis and practical experience,the large diameter permanent steel tube construction technology was improved,and achieved good resuhs,which could provide reference for similar engineering.
