高墩连续刚构梁0#块托架反力架同步预压技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 山区峡谷陡坡地段高墩0#块施工具有施工高度较高、场地狭小、施工环境复杂等特点,结合现场实际情况,采用三角托架法现浇施工,其上设置的托架必须满足强度、刚度、稳定性要求,为了检验托架的安全可靠性并得出0#块立模标高,必须对托架进行预压.以刷把溪大桥连续刚构梁0#块施工为载体,对其0#块托架采用千斤顶配合反力架的形式进行同步预压,取得了成功,可为今后类似条件下山区高速峡谷陡坡地段高墩0#块托架预压施工提供良好的借鉴. The construction of high pier 0}}block in steep slope section in mountain and canyon area has the characteristics of high construction height,narrow site and complex construction environment.Combined with the actual situation on the spot,the triangle bracket method is used in cast—in—place construction.The bracket installed on it must meet the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability.In order to verify the safety and reliability of the bracket and get the formwork elevation of 0#block.it is necessary for prepressing the bracket.With the construction of 0}}block for continuous rigid frame beam of Shuabaxi Bridge as the carrier,the bracket of its 0 block is preloaded with jack and counterforce frame,which has achieved success.It could provide a good reference for the construction of 0}}block bracket in high pier and steep slope section of mountain and canyon area with a high speed in the future.
